Howdy! My name is Emily and I miss playing music with others. I just moved back to the states after living in Germany for 8 years. I’ve played piano for 10 years. I am a novice jaw harp and flute player (in case anyone needs a sick jazz flute solo… don’t come knocking). Also, I’m learning the harmonica. I like to jam and see where the music goes! Every jam I’ve taken part in has been magical. I’ve composed some of my own piano pieces too. I like oldies (the Band, Bob Dylan, the eagles, dire straits, Motown too…), I love the Talking Heads and David Byrne (very excited for Stop Making Sense coming to theatres this fall). I love Reggae and experimental artists like Mike Oldfield & Brian Eno. Composers like Ennio Morricone! I like good music. The genre doesn’t matter.
