I'm a self-taught musician who makes up for her imperfect technical skills and lack of band experience with my songwriting, lyricism, and heartfelt playing. Search the artist "Hayla" on Soundcloud and you'll find some of my demos and see that I can write and play for many different styles and (I think) bring something really unique to the table. I'm always looking to experiment and try not to put myself into any stylistic boxes, but if I had to state my most preferred style, it's indie alternative with traces of electronic, emo, and classical sprinkled here and there. :) Seeking a band who wants to take music seriously, collaborate and record many original songs, and make their name in the music world by playing gigs and having fun. <3
